KoolMoves allows you to create Web animations easily. Developed by a professional animator who teaches animation to children, the user interface was designed for ease of use and powerful animation capabilities. Includes drawing and selection tools, shape and text editing tools, an internal player, and more. KoolMoves imports bitmaps, WMF vector clip art, and WAV audio files. Exports movies in Shockwave Flash format, or as inividual frames for animated GIF files. The evaluation version includes all functionality except the ability to save files.
