From the Publisher: "Workspace Maximizer is a program for web masters and graphic designers who want to utilize their full monitor’s space for designing. Workspace Maximizer will auto-hide all the secondary windows (palettes) in Adobe, Macromedia, and Quark products. This lets you maximize your editing space without the other windows' getting in your way until you need them. All the secondary windows (palettes) will be hidden off the screen and when you need them you simply move the mouse pointer to the edge of the monitor (where this palette is hidden) and the palette will be restored automatically. Parameters of Workspace Maximizer allow you to choose the active application, hiding mode from three available variants, choose the monitor's side for hiding and select the windows that will be hidden automatically by this program."

Guide comments: This is the ideal solution for anyone who works on a system with a single monitor. It's particularly useful if you need to work with graphics application on a notebook computer or any system with a small screen. It can even be handy if you just want to get some of the lesser used floating palettes out of your way, but keep them accessible with your mouse so you don't have to remember the keyboard shortcuts.

Interface Improvers are available for these 13 products: Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe InDesign (beta), Adobe Premiere (beta), Adobe GoLive (beta), Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXPress (beta), Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Freehand, and Macromedia Director (Beta). It consists of a single executable file for each host program, so you need only download the ones you need for your software.

Interface Improvement is offered as shareware. You can download and use the software for an evaluation period. After the evaluation period, you may register the each Interface Improver for $15 US each to continue using it.
