Feather Selections Visually

Use Quick Mask Mode to Feather Selections Visually

It's hard to visualize the feathering on a selection when you use the numeric command under Select > Feather. Instead, you can visually feather a selection by making the selection, switching to quick mask mode, and applying the gaussian blur filter.
