Edit Multiple Type Layers
Change the Formatting of Many Text Layers in One Step

From Ben Willmore, Digital Mastery, for About.com

If you want to change the formatting of more than one text layer, link the layers, then hold the shift key down as you make the change. The change will be applied to all linked layers. This works with any of the text options in the options bar, though you may need to activate another layer before the document window will update.

Compatibility: Photoshop 6 and higher
