Guide Review - PicSizer from AxiomX (Windows)

PicSizer offers a beautiful interface with straightforward controls for generating 'screen-friendly' reduced-size photos for email and Web use. I especially liked the option to restrict rotation to only vertical or horizontal images. This would be even more useful if there was a "keep original size" option for those who just want to rotate batches of image from the camera or scanner. Unfortunately, the program is restricted to 1024 pixels as the maximum dimension. That, and the lack of advanced resizing algorithms, makes it unsuitable for upsizing. The program is very well documented, though it's unlikely you'll need to refer to the help file. You may even want to check it out as an example of a program authored in Macromedia Director.
