Guide Review - Vallen JPegger Image and MP3 Explorer (Windows)

Nothing fancy here, but Vallen JPegger is a small download and is completely free. Since no installation is required, you can copy it onto a CD and distribute it with your pictures. A startup tool is included if you want to distribute autorun CDs with a custom startup screen. Standard image management functions are available, but there is no search capability for images--only MP3s. JPegger doesn't consume a lot of memory, so you can comfortably leave it open in the background for a convenient way to preview pictures and play MP3 files. It's especially nice if you like to view thumbnails and a large preview side by side. Being free, no support is available for the program.
