Graphics Challenge: Happy Birthday Pierre Bézier

This week's graphics challenge theme is Happy Birthday Pierre Bézier. We couldn't let Pierre Bézier's birthday pass without celebrating! Pierre was a mathematician who developed the type of computer drawing named after him -- Bézier curves. If you're not familiar with vector drawing or you're an old hand it, why not break out that pen tool and give it try!

The Rules of the Game:
Use your imagination to create an image based on this theme using any graphics software you like, then post your completed image in the discussion forum and please tell us a little bit about what software and techniques you used. This is a great way to experiment and learn from each other.

All levels of users are welcome to participate. You can submit as many versions based on the theme as you like. Remember to try and keep your image sizes to 800x600 pixels or less, and 100kb or less.
