Shelby Kate Schmitz, who has contributed tons of wonderful free layer style effects and custom shapes for this site, now has posted her own Web site with even more free Photoshop content including shapes, layer styles, patterns, and gradients. Her styles are really amazing and there are over 1000 of them to download. Like most Photoshop content, these downloads will work in Photoshop Elements as well.

Update: Shelby's web site was removed in late 2008, and she has donated her presets to this site. I am slowly getting it posted here. If there was something you were looking for from her old site, do a search first, and if you still can't find it, post a comment and I'll try to get it online ASAP.

the website doesn’t exist per AOL
Kelley: it says her bandwidth was exceeded for the day. It will come back tomorrow as long as her bandwidth isn’t exceeded again. She’s probably getting a lot of traffic from here which is causing her bandwidth to go over AOL’s limits.
