Frame Your Photos Like a Polaroid

Friday May 26, 2006
Got a photo you want to make look like a Polaroid print? You could add borders and a drop shadow in your favorite photo editing software... or just use the Polaroid-o-nizer online! Enter the URL for an image (Must already be online), add a caption, and your photo will be Polaroid-o-nized. Unfortunately, the only way I could figure out to save the photo was to take a screen shot of the output.

Update (1/28/08): The Polaroid-o-nizer site has gone offline. If you are looking for this service, check out the links below to learn how to roll your own, or visit Instantizer.com which offers a similar service but with more features.

The output image can be saved using the Firefox browser. It’s a standard jpeg.
