Paint Shop Pro 9 Review

Version 9 of Paint Shop Pro is now available and I have updated my review, knocking it down half a notch to 4 and a half stars. While Paint Shop Pro is still a great bargain for an advanced image editor, the new features aren't incredibly impressive, and performance seemed somewhat sluggish in areas.

Paint Shop Pro offers a great deal of flexibility and features that rival much pricier photo editors. It's priced affordably and offers ease of use without being overly simplistic or limiting.
