Color Tinting a Photo

Mary writes: "I'm using Photoshop 6. I want to take a photo and change it to a blue tint. I'm trying to use it as a background image. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this?" In less than half a day, four methods were suggested. How many more can we come up with? [Join the Discussion]
