Add Noise to Improve Blown Out Highlights

Tommy Williams offers a tip for improving a picture with blown highlights.
"Try adding a bit of noise into those blown highlights for a subtle improvement in your picture. You’re still far better off to avoid blowing out the highlights in the first place, but when they’re gone, some noise can add a bit of texture."
