Halloween Brushes and Colors for Photoshop

Tamsterra writes: "Got these brushes and color palette here a few years ago and wanted to share. Works on Photoshop 6 so I assume on 7 too. If others have brushes and colors to share please do so, or shapes etc." They should work in Photoshop Elements as well. Vist the forum to get them.
