ExtremeTech reports that product activation is being tested with boxed copies of Adobe Photoshop being sold in Australia. With Photoshop being one of the most pirated software programs worldwide, this digital rights management (DRM) protection will likely be deployed to Adobe's other products, and in other regions, soon.
