Here's what the Webmaster of Comic-artists.com has to say about it:
"According to the popularity of Japanese animation movies and comics, the young people are getting interested in drawing Japanese type illustrations in the US. We, SE Inc started selling our product DELETER CG illust in Japan a couple of years ago, and it has become the standard program for drawing illustrations. And we released the English version, Chinese version, Korean version of it last year and we had a very good response.A trial version of CGillust is available for download from the Web site, and the software can be purchased for $60 US. Some people call this program the small version of "Adobe Photoshop". To a degree, it is true. The software has a lot of the same features as you see in Photoshop. And the program uses up only 10.6MB of your hard drive, which is really compact compared to other drawing software.
But there are a lot of special features of this software. One theme is the "Event file" feature. It allows you to view all the steps that show how the artists created the illustrations, from the very first line to the final brushstroke. Try downloading one of the uploaded works by users to enjoy this feature. It is the best way to learn how to draw better illustrations yourself.
There are a lot of great features. One of our users told me that for coloring, other drawing software are fine, but for lines CG illust is the best. Customizable brushes, watercolors, air brushes, pens, etc..."
