While taking a break from writing my latest article on How to Spot and Avoid Software Piracy and Scams, I did an email check and there was a message from a (possibly telepathic) reader about yet another sneaky way these software pirates are drawing in new victims for their scams via eBay.
After making a perfectly legitimate software purchase on eBay, the buyer received a message through the eBay mail forwarding system asking what Adobe programs they prefer. Upon being questioned about his identity, the scammer stated that they were not the eBay seller, but he could give him a copy and serial number of any one program from his list for $25--or buy more and get a "better deal." He also stated he was a verified business member with Verisign, though later this turned out to be an entirely different site which he claimed was his "other" business. When the eBay buyer questioned the legality of this, the scammer responded:
But seriously, even if you're smart enough not to get suckered by these parasites, you can help other unsuspecting victims by reporting these sleazy software pirates.

well this is not a license so you can't register it. its just a copy of the original. i guarentee the full functionality though. i will provide you with CD and serial#. You only need one copy in this case and you can install it on as many machines. let me know if still interested :)Well, never trust a guarantee from someone who can't spell it is a little rule I try to follow!
