UniKeep Design Awards Competition

Sharon Silvia, About's Art/Technology Guide writes about a fun design competition from UniKeep:

"Did you know that approximately 1.7 billion traditional ringed binders are made each year in the United States? Wouldn't it be fun to design a custom cover for one of those binders... Well, now you have a chance to do just that in the UniKeep Design Awards competition. As a contestant you can create and submit a custom cover design for one of the many sizes of UniKeep binders."

There are five categories of design you can submit to for cash and product prizes:
• Arts & Entertainment
• Business & Professional
• Education
• Sports
• Hobbies & Recreation.

The competition runs from July 1 through December 31, 2003. You must be 13 or older to enter. A public gallery is available for you to browse and even download many of the designs.

The best of show winner will pocket a cash prize of $2,000. So what are you waiting for? Go fire up your favorite graphics software program and get designing!
